Everyday I read the Free Press to keep up with the news as I did today, but today was different. Today I read speeches given at the funerals for the victims of the savage killer Jesse Imeson. It was hard not to cry reading through the articles and then I was filled with anger. To put a piece of shit away for 25 years just doesn't seem to be enough for such a senseless crime. Do the victims or the families of these people get a second chance? What I legal system we have that even rates how the people were murdered and then decides the sentence, murder is murder. First,Second,Third degree who cares, these people are gone now and they are not coming back. If Demon Jesse is a good boy he'll be out in twenty-five years and will he be a better person, not at all. We'll pay for Jesse to be in jail, pay for entertainment, birthday cakes one a year and all the other prison perks while these families struggle to rebuild their lives always having a void in their hearts. It didn't matter what they did to Jesse today justice for this horrible act could not be served unless he suffered like his victims. On top of that they dragged it out this long before sentencing him when it didn't take a god damn genius to figure out he was guilty, just another money grab.
In closing my deepest sympathy goes out to the families and friends of Jesse's victims and I only hope you can get past this. You will never make sense of this because it never will make sense. Jesse Imeson is a cold blooded killer and nobody gives a shit about his childhood (lots of kids have a rough start) that's a poor excuse for what he has done. I only hope that he gets what is owning to him in prison before the twenty-five years are up and I do believe he will.
